Change of Mind Returns
If you’ve changed your mind about a product, returns and exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receipt of your order, subject to the following terms and conditions:
• The item must be in its original purchase condition, with unopened, unused, and undamaged packaging.
• Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set.
• This return policy does not apply to items marked as non-exchangeable or nonreturnable.
• For online orders, Glowee will not cover the shipping costs associated with returning the product.
• Your rights under applicable consumer laws are additional to and unaffected by this policy.

How to Return an Online Purchase
If your parcel contains damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact our Customer
Service Team for assistance. Simply fill out our webform and select the relevant issue:'
'Wrong Item,' or 'Damaged/Expired Item.'
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include the following details:
• Image of the item/parcel(s) received
• Name of the item
• Order number
Please do not dispose of or throw away any items you’re reporting, as Glowee may arrange to collect them.
Allergic Reactions
If you experience an allergic reaction to a product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team with the following information:
• Order number or store name where the item was purchased
• Full name of the product
• Description of the symptoms experienced
Our team may also request:
• A photo of your store receipt (if applicable)
• Photos of the product and affected area

Terms & Conditions
1. Shipping Costs: Glowee does not cover shipping costs for returns due to change of mind. However, for returns caused by damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, Glowee will arrange the shipping.
2. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
3. Non-Returnable Items: Products marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable, including items on final sale, cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. Processing Time: Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 14 business days after Glowee receives the returned items in acceptable condition.
5. Refund Method: Refunds for eligible returns will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
6. Quality Inspection: Returned items will undergo quality inspection. Items not meeting Glowee’s return criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense.
7. Limitations: Glowee reserves the right to deny any returns or exchanges that do not meet our terms and conditions.
